Europe’s best selling EV, the Renault Zoe, is getting a mild upgrade for the 2018 model year. The R110 has an 82kW motor now, which will propel the little hatch from 0 to 100km/h in 11.4 sec, 2 seconds faster than previous models.
I went to check out the ATA’s Electric Vehicle Expo in Melbourne, with a handful of electric cars on display – most notably, the Renault Zoe.
Renault’s Zoe compact hatchback EV will be available in Australia – but restricted to trade and government buyers, which is a massive shame. It’s a great hatch but it’s not being priced well for Aussie private buyers.
